About Us
Annette Bracey School of Dancing is a well established dancing school located just on the outskirts of Cardiff.
Before opening her own school, Annette taught in Harry and Sybil Marks Dance School where she was trained from the age of 5. Qualifying as a teacher at 18, she ran the stage part of the school and did so for near 33 years.
Annette’s school, which was run at the same time, has been established for over 24 years and continues to grow now.
Annette is a qualified teacher though the National Association of Teachers of Dancing (NATD) and enjoys continuing to teach many forms of dance through to qualifications that the association examine.
Annette’s daughter, Sophie, shares her passion and has done since the age of just 2! She is a fully qualified teacher and has been since the age of 18, and is now the Principal of the school.
We regularly do performances, and showcases, alongside a vast variety of classes and examination sessions.
A highlight for us is having the opportunity to regularly perform in the West End.
We provide classes in many forms of dance including Ballet, Tap, Commercial, Street & Hip Hop.
Classes range from the age of just 16 months upwards - we believe that there is a class suitable for everyone!
